Built for Impact. Powered by AI.
Voxa was built on a simple belief: language should never be a barrier to humanitarian communication.
Arsenii Boichenko
Founder & CTO
Growing up between cultures, I saw how language barriers quietly exclude people from the support systems built to help them. That observation became the founding question behind Voxa.
My background is in AI automation and software development. Voxa is the most meaningful application of that work I've found yet.
We are building infrastructure that gives every NGO — regardless of budget — the multilingual communication capacity of a global media organization.
The Company
Boichenko Ventures LTD
Founded: 2026
“To eliminate language as a barrier to humanitarian impact — giving every NGO the multilingual communication capacity of a global media organization.”
Why Voxa Wins
NGO-First Design
Built specifically for nonprofits — not adapted from corporate tools. Grant reporting, donor communication, and impact storytelling built in from day one.
40+ Languages
Including low-resource languages that commercial translation tools ignore. Critical for humanitarian response in underserved regions.
Grant-Ready Infrastructure
UK GDPR compliant. Designed to meet the eligibility criteria of humanitarian AI grant programmes including Microsoft AI for Good, Google.org, and AWS Public Sector.
80% Cost Reduction
NGOs currently spend thousands per month on multilingual content agencies. Voxa delivers the same output for a fraction of the cost.
“Every NGO has a story worth telling in every language. Voxa makes sure it gets told.”
